SUPPORT AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR CHILD CARE HOME

My years of experience visiting and assisting daycare centers to implement a quality program allows me to offer this service to all teachers and childcare providers in the design, planning and organizing appropriate environment, healthy, safe, attractive and inviting for children of different ages to which they serve.

The distribution of furniture, toys, and materials for the activities of a place of child care is crucial for children to move around and explore freely choosing their areas during free play, as well as projects that are already placed in designated activities.

The family child care have children of different ages so the atmosphere should be very flexible and have designated areas for child care from other rooms of the house areas. The colors of the environments, lighting and ventilation also have a great impact on children and their behavior, therefore we should not neglect this aspect to create a pleasant place for children and adults.

Another point that should not be overlooked when planning a home child care is the space in square feet per child place and the number of children per adult. This information will help us keep small groups and comply with the rules set forth by the state.

Other support that teachers or caregivers may receive child care is the planning and implementation of appropriate play for each group of children with their care through a flexible, consistent, and predictable routine activities.

Through my services I am also offering assistance in completing the applications required to open a children’s home care and design a pamphlet describing the philosophy of the program for infants toddlers and pre-school age.
